Fifteen years delivering safety-critical rail and metro systems — helping grow the business through those years, and winning and delivering a metro control system. Then ~70 AI R&D projects, most of them deliberately never shipped. Then four months on one RTX 3090 and a $200/month AI subscription, building a whole operating world.
